Mt. Healthy will be home to CMHA's new development that will provide affordable housing solutions for people with disabilities. The development is Cary Crossing and will include 36 one and two bedroom units as well as a community building that will house an activity center, conference room and the property management office.
Construction of Cary Crossing is moving right along. All units are framed and under roof, rough mechanicals are being installed in six buildings and drywall is being installed in four buildings. All units are ADA compliant.
